Delete your FitGPT account

1. 01Open FitGPT and go to Profile, then Account settings.
2. 02Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. 03Your account is deleted 30 days later. Until then you can keep using the app and cancel from the same screen.

3. 03Deletion follows the same 30-day schedule, and you can cancel here too.

Can't sign in? Email itisverysoft@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject “Delete my FitGPT account” and we will delete it within 30 days.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a FitGPT Pro subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions so you aren't charged again. If you use FitGPT without an account, your data is only on your phone: uninstalling the app removes it.

Only want your data gone? You can delete your data and keep your account.

• Your account: name, email address and sign-in
• Your profile: gender, height, weight, goals and preferences
• Workouts, workout history, plans and weekly goals
• Meal logs, saved meals, diet plans and water entries
• AI coach reports and AI-generated plans
• AI credits, credit history and your referral code
• Push notification tokens for your devices

• A one-way hash of your email address: kept indefinitely, only so the same email can’t claim the free Pro trial or referral credits a second time. It can’t be turned back into your address and isn’t linked to anything else.
• Referral records: if you referred someone or were referred, the record that credits were granted stays, with your account removed from it.
• Purchase records: Google Play and our billing provider RevenueCat keep records of subscriptions and purchases as tax and payment law requires.
• Product analytics: usage and crash reports in our analytics tool are not removed automatically. Email itisverysoft@gmail.com and we will delete them within 30 days.
